Kris, I love ‘hearing’ from you in this way — I feel like I’m at the white table! My self-care goal : lots of healing. This year has given me time for self-reflection. Though I also find meditation difficult !! I look forward to your newsletters :) —Bonnie

Kristina! I love this post. I have been reflecting on self image so this was so timely. This speaks to how the way we feel about ourselves from the inside meets how we shape our image from outside. When we truly accept ourselves as we are and can love that, then we are free to be creative and flexible with our outer image. Ru Paul is the ultimate example of that! In answer to your questions, my superpower is solution finding! And for self care lately it’s reducing the media noise by limiting news to twice a week. And using this forced sabbatical to create in the present what I want for my future . And dancing to music whenever I feel down! Wish I could sit at the White Table with you!

Hey Kristina - I appreciated your reminder to stop and reflect and take care of self. One of my favorite memories with friends was a makeup session we had at Own Your Wonder. It was a glorious afternoon of laughter, fellowship, beauty and joy. Thankful to you for this newsletter and your willingness to always cultivate an environment where those things thrive.
